i heard that is a good tracker they mostly have in flac format but it is hard to get an invitation in there

I'd say softmp3 and STMusic are a lot like VIPMusic,
even SCC gets a lot of the same stuff,
I mean they're all pretty much scene 0day music releases, aren't they?

Essentially yes, but VIPmusic has some huge (0day) discographies and music DVD-Rs.

Due to the fact that one of our developers has gone missing (we fear the worst), VIPmusic might suspend its operations.

nuerher is the admin we are talking about. Last year he had an incident with some armenian gang and was sent to a hospital. Luckily he recovered.
For now, it's not typical for him to be missing from site issues for so long so we can only assume that something bad happened again.
He is the one who has complete access to the server based on certain IP range therefore other admins can't do much about it. We can pay bills but it wouldn't make sense to do so because we don't have root access (even if the site is running very smoothly - 13:23:29 up 110 days, 7:29, 0 users, load average: 0.49, 0.64, 0.63). Although paying bills might be a possibility.
Any suggestions are welcome.

hopefull the admin isnt sleeping with the fishes
