contact HP.... ask them if u can upgrade....... (and next time u by a comp, dont by 1 that is a "branded-"ready outa the box 
.......... theyre like AOL...... ez 2 use, but if u no a little bout computers, they really suck........ ready PC's r fine, as long as ur local comp store put them 2gether......)
