Its open for Divine users so you have to have min 50points to get 1 invitation and 1TB upload and ratio above 1.1 to be Divine user

Yes, Divine users (terabyters) who have 50 points (not that hard), and it is open for 1 week only.

I know of some who have 4 figure points totals, which equates to 20+ invites.

Whether they are active here, that I do not know.
