I think, it's like demonoid, isn't it?it has not very good torrents package, but user boost is very high at this month

Demonoid must be back soon, so it's not a tragedy, in my opinion.
If it had some english, you can understand the language or more people recommending it then it might be worth your time. It kind of looks like a knock off.
