Broken Img's

I was just wondering. After browsing for awhile i noticed many of the members have broken links. Shouldn't there be a rule for this? I mean all the other forums i go to have it.

Rule -
If one of you img's is not working please remove it. The X is killing me!

I doubt it's a big problem. Members retire, hosts do too.
