Pretty much any [private] 0day tracker will have the latest movies in several video formats (XviD; DVD-R). As for speed, it depends on a lot of things.

na if u have SCC then its enough...
At times SCC has better pretimes as compared to FTN..
and As long as you max out your speeds...Speed of trackers hardly matter..
