I have this movie from bittorrent with subs in seperate folder. problem is if i watch with real, windows or div x players there's no subs. if i watch with bs player the subs are there but no sound...anyone know how to fix this?

This is probably a missing codec issue. DirectVOBsub is included with K-Lite codec pack. Installing DirectVOBsub will display subtitles in any avi player. You can even control where to display the subs and select fonts, size, etc.
