New Flat!

Ok guys - here's the e-mail I got from my brother's girlfriend today!

Mr Cameron called RE: The flat.  Everything is in order all we need now is to pay £455 for the deposit and then £380 the day before we move in.  We should be okay for money although it may be a little tight but I'm sure we will get through it.

As soon as we scrape together the deposit, the place is ours! We're gonna pay it at the end of July.

August 30th is our moving in date....now i gotta work out a way to tell my mum that me and my brother are moving out......

It&#39;s just me, my brother Baz and his G/f Gemma....our clothes will not be smelly cos we&#39;ve got a washing machine&#33; I would give him a "living is sin" speech, but if Gemma doesn&#39;t move in, we can&#39;t afford to move out&#33;
