Question About My Crappy Computer

Ok i downloaded Postal awhile back and the game skips cuase my computer sucks. Yesturday i downloaded Dave Mirra and it play perfect. The thing is Postal is 2D with very mild game play when Dave Mirra is 3D and very high frame rate. Why dos my compture play Dave Mirra better and play Postal crappy as hell.

Could be the settings. I thought GTA3 was slow on my computer, but I found out that the 'trails' function was on, which made it look much slower. Just check the options, and see if anything in the game is slowing it down.
