This is weird. I had AVG Free & it took only 7 minutes for a complete system scan. Just did a complete system scan with AVG Pro 7 & it took over 12 minutes. wtf is that all about? Really, any intelligent insight into this is appreciated. TY

i had this same problem 2 -- the free version only takes about 8 mins -- but when i used the Pro version it took 20 mins

I'll probably go back to AVG Free if the speed doesn't get better. After all I use NAV as my resident scanner & AVG as a non-resident scanner. But it's good to know it's not just me.
