for me windows firewall is enough,but you can use Kerio.also see this link

You don't say if you like to download so if it was my granny asking I's say Stop "N" Look or Commodo .

if you want to enhance your security it would be best to use router/firewall to stop intrusions from internet and use recomended software firewalls to manage system and applications access to internet.
