the way i would go about getting it is being active and being good on the sites/forums im using, maybe someone here or on the PU forums from one of those sites notices me and helps me out...which i must say isnt working at all but i have faith it will eventually.

Yeah, it's really not a good idea to refer to the trackers as just their level, doesn't really show that you have genuine interests. You would help yourself if you edit your first thread and state WHAT SITES you want and WHY...
