1&1 really doesn't monitor a VPS seedbox. I've used them for almost 4 months, and have yet to have a problem! The only thing that I regret about this purchase is the limit on bandwidth which is currently 2TB on the VPS system. For the cost, 1&1 is worth it, I got 3 months free and am paying $50 a month for a 40GB Hdd that I currently use.
I've just recently purchased a server with a different company that can offer me more space and bandwidth....which is what I'm really looking for.
