    Wats up kazaa been downloadin a few mp3's which say PROMO CDS and it plays 4 the first 2secs then this nosie starts 2 sound r record companys putin a bar on mp3's which they releash now or wat !!!

    yes they are from online streams where u can't the best quality and full versions.
