    anyone use it? can u tell me if it works. does it actually block MPAA & RIAA or watever?

    Many people use it, including me.
    The caveat is that the program is only as good as the information you feed it.

    PeerGuardian will block Ip addresses.
    You have to tell it which ones to block.
    The website has lists of addresses you can import into the program.

    Does it work?

    doesn't this function the same as a firewall. I use Norton Personal Firewall. Do i still need this program?

    No need to worry about peer gaurdian. Just download the newest version of k-lite because it automatically blocks ip address blocks from known RIAA and other anti-filesharing groups by having peer gaurdian banned address integrated into k-lite.

    i also use bittorrent and imesh lite

    But Peerguardian works for everything.
