aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
after a very very long time today i went for a run, i run/jog for 2 Km's and boy i feel like am not getting enough blood to my head, my legs are paining my back is broken, i didnt thought it can be so hard.
in my old days i used to walk around 5-8 km's in some occasions but that was when i didnt have any transport and used to walk my ass to places i wanted to go. then mostly i used bike for same distance, now i guess using car for 4 years made me lazy ass
anyway will bike do any good if i get one, i mean to lose weight.
