Help With Max Payne

I have already read in other post that max payne doesnt seem to work on xp. i am having the same problem. The game start and i can play the first sceen. When the game trys to go on then it crashes. I used to have this game on window 98 and there i didnt have any problems. Please help.
I have updated my gfx card. any other ideas???

I haven't tried but try this...

1. Find the Max Payne EXECUTABLE!!!!
2. Right Click
3. Properties
4. GO to Compatibility TAB
5. Check RUN IN COMPATIBILITY MODE
6. Choose Win98

Cleck OK!!!!!
