TL just shut down the invite system because of this. won't be any new users for a long time i suspect..

Your ISP will have already started monitoring your use and be keeping records of how much you are downloading and from where. To find the extent of your downloading from elsewhere.
The action today is an ongoing investigation, not the start of one.

At a later date, perhaps a month or two from now a decision will be made as to whether you will be one of the people who should be made an example off.

You will then receive the Cease and Desist letter from the ISP, this means that enough material has been gathered to prove the offence and they are formally telling you to stop it.

If you haven't stopped before then (and you should have) you really should.

How many times do I need to say this to you people. There aren't any private trackers anymore. Haven't been for ages.

Why do you think the others are closing down their invites system FFS.
