when ever i open up Firefox an error message comes up, saying report error, debug or ignore, when i click any of them Firefox automatically closes, how does this error occur and how do i fix this problem? please help.

uninstall and reinstall ! that may fix the problem - backup your bookmarks just in case !

try opening firefox in safe mode to see if it's caused by an add-on.
