do you use the same pass on every tracker? seeing as you lost your ST account as well sounds like someones stole your accounts and changed the email addresses..
change all of your passwords now. including your email address password. then hit irc and give them the registration email account and old pass etc and they may be able to help

i do not use the same password in every tracker,in addition my bcs password was changed something like 3 weeks before and every thing was ok until recently.
do u say that some1 stole my acc ?
how can e do that ? even e knows my email e still needs to log in to my email acc ,isn't it ?

well, it seems that inactivity is the reason,although i logged in every few days,but didn't
download any torrent yet.
in addition,i read their FAQ and there was nothing there about downloading a torrent in the first week or whatever,just about log in to the site,which i did.

Yep. They want active users or you will get the boot. They assume if you've had an account for a while and never use it, then you don't need it or you are saving it to trade.
