And as far as hosting the servers, the IFPI, MPAA, etc. wouldn't go into Columbia

Too bad they have no hosting solutions

No, just edit HOSTS -file, like this:

Insert these very 4 lines :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Here open up HOSTS (with notepad.exe, save, then close)

85.17.201.73 what.cd
85.17.201.73 tracker.what.cd
85.17.201.73 incegmbh.com
85.17.201.73 tracker.incegmbh.com
Then flush DNS, get a new IP, and here we go!

Have done all this but still not working for me,but when i put that ip on address bar i can get there but its slow for me anyway..its seems they have some DNS problem..

edit:when im on main page i cant use nothing im click on forums,top10,rules,browse cant access there get Firefox can't find the server at incegmbh.com..
