I learned mine through building websites and constant experimentation. Once I got pretty good, I took a PS class and it opened up all sorts of techniques.

Indeed. I myself have been trying to make at least one thing in Photoshop daily, ever since I got it. Simply experiment, try new things, and you will see results in no time.

Well, I have another signature. I use to use it, but no longer am. I figure someone can use it more then me.
