In order to "shut Kazaa down", you would have to shut everyone's computer down (who has kazaa software on it). Delete all existance of Kazaa software. Then Kazza would be shut down.

Correct me if I am wrong. Kazaa exists, because a number of people enable thier softarware to send and recieve via supernodes. With the supernodes enabled, and PCs without supernodes enabled (local), there is this "invisible" sharing network going on, within the internet.
