I found it in the book:
Mind Hacks by Tom Stafford & Matt Webb. It is a very interesting book about how your brain works. That is where I learned about How your brain 'shuts out' anything seen when your eyes are moving. Loads of other 'stuff' in it.
I will tell you the secret of this video when some more people have viewed it.
