you can do that in animation shop by using the optimisation wizzard, cant think of any other ways other than removing frames and actually making the image itself smaller, e.g 80x80 resize to 70x70 etc

This avatar was 163kb with 127 colors, but I managed to reduce it to 89kb with 15 colors, without significant loss of quality.

Drunk and hallucinating - look at the buildings.

It&#39;s from a Felix The Cat cartoon from 1930 (Woos Whoopee), very progressive for it&#39;s time and well worth downloading.
