Levels are what members categorize sites in terms of content, speed, rarity, etc. In the end, of course, it's your own personal view of the site that counts... but for trading purposes some people refer to the WIAW thread as their bible.
As for ScT... it's actually S*T.

Level 7 means the tracker rarity, content, speed, pre... level (6>7>8).

Sct stands for scenetorrents
The level of the tracker is basically a rating that was placed on it by this FST based on content, rarity of the tracker invites, etc.

seedbox is like a pc with very high speed usually 100 migs ub/down it helps u make a good ratios in any tracker
