Burning Vcd's With Codecs

i have a movie that has an xvid codec on it and i want to burn it to a vcd. do you know of any software that can remove the codec. how do i make vcd's anyway? can i do it with ECDC. help

You only have to convert from avi to mpeg : there are many programs that can do this .Try TMPGEnc. for howto take a look here Doom9.org
