Anyone (i.e. gov. etc.) can still find out who you are & what you've been doing with those anonymizers.

Yes they do work as far as web pages knowing who you are and what your IP address is... but they wont hide your tracks from your ISP.

I have several proxy programs that work but they slow down your surfing.
