it&#39;s a meat/tomatoe sauce (made from fresh tomatoes) some herbs like oregano, basilicum, garlick, onions and meat... (don&#39;t know the english word for the right sort?&#33 all ofcourse prepared in olive oil...

if it&#39;s served you can top it with some nice parmazano cheese
