What Startmenu Do You Use?

I used to use Aston alot (made it very easy to find programs), but it made startup slower. Back to the ol startmenu.

N e 1 know of an "non resource hog" startmenu which will allow u to find and open any of your programs in a mear... 1-2 secs?

its like a animated toolbar thing. doesnt use much resources i dont think

ah yes, i've heard of those.. I'm talkin something that could get to any program in my startmenu very fast. I tried speeding up the menu speed, but then i started to basicly run past items that i wanted to open hehe.
