Do you know the original book has change a lot since the first edition. Because it contained too much racist stuff against african people. Hergé, the author was belgian, and congo was a belgian colony when this tintin was writen. At this time in western europe most people thought black people and asian people from the colonies where inferior to the white man. Just try to get the original version of Tintin in Congo to figure out.

Anyway. I enjoyed a lot to read these books when I was Young.

I don't know. I've hung out with French guys before, and they ain't all they've been cracked up to be. I prefer the Monty Python version, although completely stereotypical and falsified, it provides a bit of humor...
