So, the consensus seems to be that FTN is looking for interesting people rather than fat connections. On that note, I thought I would share an amusing anecdote about the sort of shit that happens to me when I pursue the fairer sex. I realize that it's not really related to FTN, but I think it's an entertaining story and it will give you a little insight into my personality. I wrote this for the benefit of my friends, but I will now share it with you:

I was auditioning to be a teacher for Kaplan since it seems like a pretty decent part time job. The format of the audition was as follows: give a 5 minute "how-to" presentation on a non-academic subject in front of a couple of Kaplan employees and all of the other job-seekers.

Of course, I didn't remember that I was scheduled to do the audition until an hour beforehand. While I sat there, desperately trying to think up a topic, I kept looking at one of the other job-hunters. She was absolutely adorable. She was in her early 20's and had the glasses/nerdy-hot thing going on. On a standard rating scale, she was probably a 7.5, but on a cuteness scale, she was a 10, if that makes any sense at all.

A bit distracted, I ended up ad-libbing a comical presentation on "what to do if you find yourself in a baseball brawl". It went over surprisingly well considering I made everything up as I went along.

Miss Cutie then gave a presentation on "how to toilet train your cat". By toilet train, she meant "train the cat to shit in a human toilet". That's a red flag by any definition, but I was not to be deterred. My internal dialogue was roughly as follows: "WTF? This wench be crazy. But still, she's hot, articulate, and presumably intelligent if she's auditioning to teach for Kaplan. I should take a shot."

After everyone had finished, as I'm trying to figure out the best way to strike up a conversation, she actually comes up to me and says, "I liked your presentation, I thought it was really funny." I thought to myself, "Wow, this is my lucky day! Girls I'm interested in never just come up to me! It must be a sign!" Little did I know...

So we chat for a bit. A bit turns into awhile. Things seem to be going exceptionally well. She's laughing at my jokes, smiling at me, etc. At this point I have visions of steamy sex dancing through my head. The time seems right, so I 'pop the question', so to speak. This is the exchange, more or less verbatim:

Me: So, I'd love to hang out some time. Are you in a relationship with anyone?

Her: Oh no, I could never love a man. I love my cats more than I could ever love a man. The give me ALL I need. Feline love is all I need. It fulfills and satisfies me.

Me: *blink*

Her: Cats can love in a way that people, especially men, simply can't. Once you've been with a cat and loved it, once you've truly gotten to know it, to know its soul, there's no way you can go back to a person.

Me: Ummmm... wow. Sounds like that's working out well for you. I have to go.



I mean seriously, whaaaat the fuuuuck? Am I the only person this sort of shit happens to? Bloody hell.

it's very AWESOME to see this kind of giveaway. I'm very happy that FST community has lots of people who creates rear giveaways to others !!

I'd like to become one of FTN because I like small community where all people becomes very close and they share everything they have - downloads/uploads, opinions, mood, knowledge, just everything. I'm probably not the best pick because I have three other 0day trackers, but I wouldn't just let the account sit by any means. I love 0-day trackers and I can't seem to get enough. I'd definitely be on there every day looking to see what's new. If you have any other questions for me, let me know. Thanks.

Oh, and also, I had to delete a bunch of my torrents that I was seeding because I was having problems with utorrent. That has all been solved, but that is the reason for so little torrents being seeded.

So... obviously I would love an invite. Since the demise of both Oink & Demonoid, I have been searching for a solid, fast tracker that is low on crap content. I have a good speed and can seed 24/7. Stats below.

I would like to state my case for an invite. First, I have been here almost 2 years and have never traded. Please check all my previous posts. So there will be no concern about a user being here a month or two, with great stats, and then doing something like cheating or trading the account for something they really want.

Anyone who has given me an invite has been more than happy, as I participate in the forums and my ratio is exceptional. Why would I like to join? To be honest, I don't need this tracker like some others will testify. I grab alot of stuff off usenet and seed it to all my trackers. Or if a ftp site gets a release before a tracker, I grab and seed. So its not for the warez that I desire this site. I simply would like to contribute to one of the leading trackers in the community. To ensure speed, longevity of torrents and provide what support I can in the forums. Of course, a few of those special packs would be a nice perk.

So if you are looking for someone you can trust, who will be an outstanding long time member- then consider me for the invitation. Unless there is some other way to get an transfer log from uTorrent, I have attached ratio screenshots having recently rebooted all three of my systems. Thanks, if more people had giveaways like this, there would be less scamming, cheat and trading to obtain a chance at one of the best!

people's views, show what you can contribute the community

FTN is not about stats. It doesnt even has ratios

Give some thought to your request rather then making a run of it
