i've white listed them. i've added them to trusted. hell, i've even turned protection all the way down to allow all. wtf? only way to fix this is to turn off kaspersky. any ideas?

lol, funny. it's even blocking bfg's home page.

" Go to settings-antihacker. Look for "rules for applicatons" and delete the rules for your browser (iexplore.exe) for internet explorer and (firefox.exe) for firefox.

Make sure the slider for anti hacker is set to trainingmode, press OK and then relaunch your browser."

I suggest to re-run kis installation and do not install web anti-virus. If you run an updated browser, like the latest version of firefox, and also have installed just the file anti-virus, firewall and proactive defense (if you don't mind popups) you are equally safe as if you would have installed web anti-virus.

If you want just to try, disable web anti-virus from the settings menu and see the difference, but believe me web a-v is an additional and not proved needed form of protection.

sites are back to being blocked. i disabled that web av and that did not help. i will leave it disabled for 30 mins or so. gonna run to wal-mart. if when i cum back i can't get to sites that web av did not work.

edit: came home still can't access sites. rebooted and still no good.

edit2: found the problem. parental control. child is enabled by default. u either disable it or set up an account for urself. i just set one up for myself so kaspersky doesn't warn me of something not enabled. hopefully this will stay fixed.
