Can't Play A Movie...

I just d/loaded a movie "The Wash", but when I try to play it in RealOne Player or WMP 9, i get an error: "ClassFactory cannot supply requested class".
What does it mean???
I already tried to play it in couple other media players, but it's still the same.
The movie is decodec with DivX.
What should I do?
Any ideas?
