Do you mean in your signature?

Just use the "img" tags to add it in your Control Panel

If you're talking about an image that's in your signature every time you post, you
have to click My Controls at the top of the screen, then click on Edit Signature on the left, and
insert the image URL between [img][/img] tags. Anything you enter in your signature must be in BBCode.
Click the BB Code Help for more info on tags. To use an image in your
signature or a post, you use the URL of the image just like you do for your avatar.

For example, the part of my signature that contains the little true.dat image looks like this:

[img]http://pluto.imagemagician.com/images/sparsely/Misc/truedat.gif[/img]
