Who Thinks Non-mods Should Be Able To Start A Poll

I can see why there's a restriction on polls.

Otherwise we'd be inundated with them.

It's not too hard to ask a mod to set one up - if it's really valid.


Edit: They should get rid of the button at the bottom of the page though - it's pointless.

True, there would be a sudden surge of polls, true. The novelty however would wear thin and it would perhaps stop these constant "spam" threads in all the worlds asking questions which invoke mass responces. So people could then just tick a box out of restricted few. Just a thought.

Could be... I can appreciate your point.

But IMO people who SPAM in the Worlds are just looking to increase their post-count anyway - so they'd probably reply as well as vote.

Anyone can make a poll on zeropaid and I don't particularly like it, theres permanently about 30 polls going on which IMO is too many.

yeah, this is a problem that has been shown with heindsight, however, lets say each person was restricted to one per week or day, that would reduce the ammount. Oh well, I just want the ability, never mind it seems like it wont work
