    obviously a sct torrent then or a dedicated swedish site

    its just a reverse dns, alot of isp's or seed box providers allow u set custom ones. if u uncheck resolve i.p's in utorrent u see the real i.p

    Google has been a highspeed ISP provider for a few years now. I'm a member of their beta program which provides free highspeed and will take over the ISP market eventually.

    You can still signup here, but they only allow 100 new beta testers each day.
