there are a few sites that search through the RS, MU, sndspace etc.. severs.........although those search engines arent endorsed by rapidshare.com......

as long as they keep taking the files off their servers when complained about, i guess they are safe

Not only they have money, but also as soon as they get any message from any company they delete the files the company was reffering to.
