What are the rules for the funny stuff area? do they have their own specific rules that users have to comply with or just the general fourm rules? does it have to stay politically correct

The general forum rules apply.

There are plenty of off color jokes in there but if you think what you may post is going to unquestionably offend some members, you may want to use your own judgement and decide whether it belongs in "Funny Stuff" (or elsewhere) to begin with. For the most part though, the section is similar to the Lounge and the rules are rather loose.
