    xnview is pretty basic, and free

    photoscape it`s easy to use to , and doesn`t take up that much space on hdd

    Photoshop....is not very easy to use ,but is the best!

    Photoshop Period!!! But a very good alternative free photo editor would be infraview. Actually the best in my opinion.
