they throttle bittorrent traffic..

how did you get that upload speed?

because speedtest.net doesn't operate on the bittorrent protocol......

i have comcast and i live in the same region as him...i get pretty much the exact same speedtest results.

ya my downloads are pretty good but my uploads get to 1/1 ratio in about a half hour on cd's never checked movies, but i usually seed for a good 24 hrs but if any one could invite me to waffles or what ill be super happy
