Well, I think there should be a name for those people.
Until 2002, we had the Belgian Franc here.
People that had BF 40.000.000 in their accounts on Dec.31, 2001 weren't millionaires anymore the next day. They "only" had €991.574 left.
Bitter pill to swallow, I tell you.
