Ok heres the deal.
I have to wake up at around 7:00 AM everyday to go to school. Doing so, I'm always dead tired until about 10 or 11.
So my question is...
How do you guys get "awake" in the morning?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

it takes me about an hour to wake-up fully.
to wake yourself up quickly - open a window and get lots of fresh air...or try coffee.

Wash your face realy good, have a nice breakfast, stop to put some gasoline, drink a coffee...nothing else.
I'm asleep 90% of me life.
The rest I eat or smoke stuff.

Caffeine, a good protein breakfast, bright lights, and about 15 minutes of resting usually wake me up.

You may have to consider how much sleep you are actually getting.
Are you, for example going to bed at 05:00 hours.
Actually Maax, you should consider getting another hour or two of sleep. 9.25 hours of sleep is shown to make a large improvement in stamina and alertness during the day.
