    have somebody ever heard that somebody lost account because his password has been hacked/stolen?

    Has happened many many times. All it takes is e.g. an insecure site that you are member of being hacked.

    Or someone having you open a link/picture in firefox if you store them there.

    I use RoboForm to generate random passwords for different sites...
    and it works very well...
    I can't remember any password XD

    But, just by doing regular backups, no worry about losing them

    I use different passwords on every site, and whilst I can remember a lot of them, I also keep them stored in a text file which is in a password-protected rar file located on a computer not attached to the internet.

    Remember ur password is the safest option else U can write it on a paper to avoid loss due to pc failure ..... also if u r a active member u can get it recovered by staff .. thats how i got once when i lost my password at a site
