    I like VidCoder, it uses the Handbrake engine so to speak.
    I also like VSO apps.

    Almost all of the video converters out there now can convert just about any video container. Wondershare makes some fine apps, but you got to pay. There are a few good free ones out there. Just depends on how technical you want to get.
