omg. If you have 10/10, the speeds must be the same if you are maxing. And 10 mbit is around 1250 kb/s or something, so it should be 1250DL/1250UL. If you get like what you said before, well then speedtest.net is not working for you correctly.lol.. he has shown you proof by giving the result link to the speedtest.. give it up
