No unfortunately not, u can overburn a cd to a certain point, but thats the max data u can fit on a cd. It seems as though u can burn more than this amount when u burn a bin image file, but in actual fact a large chunk of the bin file is error correcting data which never gets burnt. So if u made a bin image from yoru 900MB file the bin image would probably be over a gigabyte and would never fit on a cd.
U could just split the video file in 2 and burn each half to a cd?

if you burn it as "video mode", i mean, mode 2/xa -- because all vcd's and svcd's are burnt in this mode or they won't be readable -- yes, you can burn almost 900 mb on a 700 mb (data) - 80 min (stereo audio) cd. and this is NOT overburning, cause if you see in the cd properties (eg. in nero), you'll find out that the REAL data burnt is smaller than that.
