anyways as a solution u better have a time management plan. just make a plan for everyday.
and have a limit on how long u can be on the internet like 2-3 hours a day. but the problem is actually sticking to your plan, which is hard if you procrastinate a lot like me.

Very long for me too, if I have nothing more important to do.

You shouldn't only call it addiction based on an absolute count of hours,
but if you don't care about other things because of it.
