My PC is on 24/7, but how much time I spend in front of it depends very much on how busy my day is. Pretty much everywhere from 1 hour to day and night, so I chose day and night.

around 5 hours. however when i'm out with my friends and stuff, then i dont get near it. and i turn off my pc every 2 days. which i think you guys should do too or atleast once a week. one guy here saiid its been on since june??? u must have turned it off atleast once right? weird....
anyways as a solution u better have a time management plan. just make a plan for everyday.
and have a limit on how long u can be on the internet like 2-3 hours a day. but the problem is actually sticking to your plan, which is hard if you procrastinate a lot like me.

My computer is on 24/7, but I spend approximately 6 hours a day, on week days, on my computer. On weekends I spend most of my time on the Internet though, since I'm off work
