I check it regularly, and if I see that a torrent that hasn't uploaded in a while is uploading I watch it for a while to see how it goes I used to watch it all the time though

Yup...I like to see what kind of up speed I'm getting on which trackers and on what torrents...but I really just check it every once and a while so it's not "watching it" I guess
